So today I am trying to be good I woke up and made myself a meal replacement shake only 6 oz not 8. I am very stressed with my grad school application being due in a two days. I have not made a dent in it and im trying not to freak out which will lead me to eat a ton. And today we are going to a family thing for mothers day. So i just have to eat well there. I want to lose the these lbs before my bday in july would be great! we will see how the rest of the day goes.
