Hi I'm Val. I'm a married mother of two boys and two Pug daughters. I am in the military and currently stationed overseas. I am doing a paleo lifestyle ( whole foods, natural fats, fresh produce, and nuts) I feel good when I eat this way and just need encouragement to stay focused particularly when I am stressing at the job. My profile picture makes me laugh because while I don't like jelly beans, when I want to give up on my diet I look at this and it makes me laugh and helps me to change my perspective. It also reminds me that this is not a diet but a way of life for me.
