Monday thur Thurs. For breakfast, I ate half a bagel with less then the serving size of less fat cream cheese.
For lunch, I ate a turkey sandwich with light mayo and mustared, string cheese, and sun chips.
For dinner, I ate moderately. Still had 2-4 beers each night.
No weight gain. A little lighter. Keep plugging.
