Not very active due to being a workaholic and my daily schedule is packed. By the time I get home I don't feel like anything and the worst is trying to figure out what I want to eat that is deemed healthy. Not always very successful on the food choices. Only thing currently getting me through a day these day are my Monster Zero energy drinks. On the weekends off I catch up on some much needed rest as it feels like i have no energy at all.
