After a MAJOR hiccup, I'm finally getting back on track! Hopefully I'll stay this vigilant? 😢 My diet's pretty much the same (not too healthy) but cutting way back on the sugary drinks and drinking more water in general has really helped. If I want a snack I eat a handful of roasted almonds and if I want something sweet I'll eat a few whoppers! (13 candies for 160 cals give or take, but I only ever want 3 or 4.)

I have a bad habit of eating too much when I'm stressed, but then I'd get stressed that I'm eating too much, etc etc. After some life events I gained back all the weight I lost and then some! I nearly broke 300 pounds, and that was a huge wakeup call.

I'm kind of embarrassed that I'm so excited to be back where I was when I first started my diet, but I'm still pretty proud of myself! I think this is the fastest I've ever lost 10 pounds!
