Well it has been since Feb of 2010 since i was last on here and yes of coarse I have gained my weight back. So I'm back at it again. I started Monday, but just got on here today. I took my weight Monday also. I'm so ready to get this weight off so why do I always end up quiting?!!!!!!! I'm going to try and stay as positive as I can this time. :-)

I DIDN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT BUT I MEASURED LAST NIGHT AND I'VE LOST A LITTLE OVER 2 INCHES OFF EACH PART OF MY BODY AND OVER 3 INCHES ON MY TUMMY!!

WHAT THE CRAP?!!!! YUCK YUCK YUCK!! STARTED DRINKING WHEY PROTEIN SHAKES TODAY AND THEY ARE SO GROSS!! IT SAYS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 1 GRAM OF PROTIEN FOR EVERY POUND OF WEIGHT ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PROTEIN IN THE SHAKE MEANS I WILL NEED TO DRINK 9 A DAY. I NEED TO GET MY BLENDER OUT MAYBE THAT WILL HELP. IT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP ALOT TO DRINK THEM. HHMMM..... MAYBE I SHOULD FUNNEL THEM SO I DON'T HAVE TO REALLY TASTE THEM AT ALL LOL!!!! I SOUND LIKE A CRYBABY BUT MAN OH MAN THEY MAKE ME GAG! IT WILL BE OK I'LL FIGURE IT OUT I'M ONLY ON MY FIRST ONE.......

OH BOY... THIS WEEKEND I HAD TO I REALLY DID. I HADN'T DRANK A BEER OR PARTIED IN ALMOST 4 WEEKS, BUT AS A BEER DRINKER, THIS WEEKEND WAS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY OR MORE LIKE WEEKEND FOR ME, SO YEP I DRANK ALL WEEKEND. & YA KNOW I DON'T FEEL BAD FOR IT B/C I HAD A BLAST. WE WENT OUT SAT NIGHT AND I'M STILL SORE FROM DANCIN SOO MUCH!! I DIDN'T REALLY DO THAT BAD AT MY EATING BUT OF COURSE I KNOW I MADE UP FOR IT DRINKING. SO BACK ON TRACK TODAY. THE COLLEGE MY HUBBY WORKS AT IS DOING A BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE AND ALL OF THE INSTRUCTORS THAT ARE JOINING PUT IN 20 DOLLARS SO WE HAVE TO DO GOOD TO WIN SOME MULAH LOL. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO LOSE SOME POUNDS BEFORE HE GIVES HIS INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR SPEECH IN ABOUT A MONTH AT GRADUATION SO I CAN WEAR SOMETHING CUTE.
