I'm in the process of getting my weight and health back on track and also setting personal goals that I'm starting today and I know I can get this weight back off just need to stay away from Sweets and watch my Carbs, I stopped Soda Today and have Drank Water all day. I've been remarried for 5 years but have been with him for almost 10 years. So with that my goal is to get 46.4 pounds off by December and I know I can do it.
