Wow, I have almost made it 3 weeks using this WOE. I can't tell you how much better I feel. I am still struggling to get my BS numbers down but they are coming down, albeit slowly. I have not been on a scale either. 1:00 PM- Even though I would like to weigh myself I don't want to get obsessed with the number like I have in the past. I think I will get my measurements tonight so that I have some way to keep track. Years ago, I was told to use a piece of string to measure my body, that way I had a visual of my efforts without a specific number.
I have been pointed to the KETO diet and would like to try it but I am still trying to figure out whether or not I could make it work and remain committed.
10:00 PM As I always am, not feeling satisfied after eating what I planned for dinner. I just can't seem to get full with target amounts of carbs, protein, fat and calories that I am suppose to have. If I didn't feel so much better than I did before, I would be REALLY discouraged. When are the feelings of hunger going to become less. I know no one can answer that for me because we are all different but geez! I am wondering if this has anything to do with my blood sugar. At this point I can't even imagine having BPC in the morning because it will take up to much of my calories for the day. I am trying to be brutally honest when recording my food intake for the day. I am not willing to go through the rest of my life always feeling hungry so I hope this turns around quickly. In addition to taking measurements I am setting a goal for the next 5 days to drink 135 oz of water as is suggested in the 30 day Challenge. My 30 day challenge will be only 5 days but a challenge none the less!

This website/app is fantastic!
I was unable to enter my real start date because this calculator would not back date. I began LCHF on May 5, 1914. I have not been able to weigh myself yet because I have no scale. I guess this is a good thing so that I don't obsess over numbers. I think my clothes are fitting differently which is motivating in itself. I am a little scared for the future. I have until June to do some meal and exercise planning before I start graduate school. I am trying not to let the doubt get in my head. Working full-time, school full-time, husband, kids and all that that entails. I can do this right???!!! I have to do this. As I heard in church a couple of weeks ago. I BELIEVE IN BETTER AND I WILL RISE!
