Skin Ripping Stretch Marks
Thanks, everyone, for the suggestions! I have a couple things to try.

Skin Ripping Stretch Marks
Stretch mark question: Does this happen to anyone else? A bummer about trying to be not as fat is that your own past fatness is sometimes an obstacle. Ex: I have stretch marks on my thighs from gaining weight in the past. They hurt. A lot. They seem to hurt/stretch another notch everytime I go up OR DOWN in weight more than a couple pounds. So, if I have a real bad week, they hurt and stretch further in a very delicate area. If I have a great week, am eating right, and exercising so much, they also hurt and rip further. So, no more working out 3 days in a row, apparently. Not good for longterm. Now I have to be even more planful and disciplined to get in the same amount of exercise. That means that I'll inevitably do less, because I won't be perfectly planned 100% of the time. Past decisions leading to future pain, even when trying to undo bad past decisions.
Workout #13 of new year, by January 20. Atypical. Only do 2 days in a row now, so skin doesn't rip further.

Sabotage at the office
I have this problem too. A lady brings in weekly homemade stuff, ratcheting up the stakes. But it doesn't taste very good. Thanks goodness for high cube walls.
"Oh, no, thanks" works surprisingly well. You don't have to give a reason. Most people accept it, move on, eat some, and get fatter than you because they're not on Fatsecret. Not giving the reason avoids the inferred critique some people bring on themselves if you don't eat stuff. If someone asks you can ask why they asked, which usually ends that line of questioning.
You could also not quite lie and say "I've had my fill" or "I've had enough for today" not mentioning that your fill/enough is 0.
Humor is good, too. Giving it up for Lent doesn't have to happen just during Lent. "I gave those up for Lent. In 1986, the same year I got this haircut. It was in style then. Your hair sure looks nice. What do you think of the weather we've been having." That's a bit of an over the top redirect, but please feel free to try it out at the office. It's only gotten me fired twice and I didn't want to work there anyway. Just kidding.

Diarrhea
It's chronic. Greasy foods, cream of chicken/mushroom/etc, sour cream, lots of caffeine, lots of sugar, sugary, acidic juices. Big Mac, fries, and a coke. Also, stress, eating quickly. Basically, when I do bad things to my body, my body does bad things to me. It's totally garbage in, garbage out. That said, even if it's more rare going forward, it won't go away completely.

Diarrhea
Birdybrain: Thanks. That seems helpful. So, most diarrhea is an irritation of large instestines, which don't have a chance to process the water?
