Today, I will remember to fuel my body. Because I love my body. I'm not depriving myself of food - I get to eat delicious food! And I'm breastfeeding. So I get to eat more of it than normal! And I don't hate my body. I love my body. I love my tiger strips. I love the crazy beautiful babies that my body made. And I don't feel bad when I overeat. I'm not getting enough sleep because I'm choosing to nurse my sweet baby boy at night. So, my body comes second to Fred's body right now. But only for a little bit. Then it's all mine again. Right now, my priorities are: 1. Kids, 2. Sleep, 3. Eating more healthfully to reduce my cholesterol, and 4. Moving my Body more. Annnnnnd.... somewhere in there, I'd like to have sex with my husband again :)
