Yes,

But I hear that you should treat your core like any other muscle only working it 2-3 times a week.
Working it everyday can do more damage than good.

Hello everyone,

This is a much debated question. If someone should work on their abs every day or once to twice a week?

I have seen people who have done both but it is a mixed result.

Can I get some opinions on this topic?
