I had bariatric surgery in 2013, the gastric sleeve. I lost 138 lbs. I am a nurse and I went from a job to where I was on my feet for 12-16 hrs a day to a case manager job at a desk. In the last 3 years I have put back on 10 lbs. I am working on my goal of 180. It is very hard as far as the exercise part, I have 1 hr break at work I try to walk 2 miles, I am very tired when I get home at 530. But I am working on it.
