I haven't been tracking it on my diet calendar, but for the past 2 weeks I have been drinking 3L of water MINIMUM a day (thats 4/5 of a gallon!). Try to stay as hydrated as possible. It helps flush out many many toxins and helps promote further weight loss!

Well, I had an unexpectedly bad weekend emotionally, and as a result, physically... For those of you who have read previous entries of mine you'd know that my gf suffers from a hereditary disease called Cystic Fibrosis. We were supposed to go to a wedding on Saturday, then to see my family in Michigan. But circumstantial to her disease, she was hospitalized yet again. It was emotionally taxing to see her in so much pain and unable to move, with an NG tube stuffed down her throat. So I ate my heart out. In one sitting I ate a whole bag of pretzels and a large bag of chips... I felt disgusting. But surprisingly I weighed in at only a lb heavier. Which is exciting, but forever I'll be reminded that to get results I can't stop what I've started. So I remind you fellow FS'ers that no matter what happens, it's up to YOU to control your habits and stay committed! Best of luck!

At 217.5, following my daily exercise and diet very well this week. Striving to maintain the health over the weekend at the wedding i am attending, as I was terrible this past one. Doing my 30min of cardio after every workout M-F and Some cardio Sat & Sun. Hoping to hit my goal of 200 lbs by August 1st and keep it there. Wish me the best! Thanks for the support!

Unbelievable weekend with friends in Chicago. Needless to say, I indulged hard on the alcohol. Just something about old friends (like 20 came to town) makes you want to relax and party. As a result, I trained harder than I ever had yesterday. And look forward to a productive week at the gym. ALMOST THERE! I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!

Ehh so I gained a lb after some hard strength training yesterday. Not particularly the worst problem to have. But I did set a new goal. I have just under 10 weeks to make it to 200 lbs. Getting up early everyday to run or bike or any cardio at least 15min, then going to the gym after work to lift and do another 20min of cardio after lifting, followed by a 10min steam room visit. Then dinner and sleep...
