Need to rededicate myself to clean eating starting today. Over the past two weeks, I have fallen off very hard. This is not like me. I will resolve to work hard, eat right, train smart and intense, and do the things I am supposed to be doing. This is my last chance.

Feeling great. Really in love with rowing. Maybe this will be my next big hobby. I'm through with football. Going to keep improving and see where I'm at in a little bit.

Smoked a lot and ate too much yesterday. Today: regain composure.

Took a day to rest today. Diet was on track. Back at it again tomorrow with some training and some rowing. Keep it up dude.
