It is really easy to fall off the track but harder to pick it back up. So I do it everyday and have found that I have fallen back into my normal pattern. I have to keep reminding me that I want this badly so it is worth the effort.

Wow what a week! Still trying to figure out hunger from boredom pains. But I think the process of asking are you really hungry or can you get by with just something to drink. Had a really great two dialysis tx this week also, first one on Wednesday I had a 1.4 gain and todays I had a .7 gain. This is awesome, walked out of there at a three year low and I have plans of being at least one kg lower next friday also. I was really surprised by the almost 3 kg gone!!! I have not even started working out yet as I am still getting use to the 900 cal. drop I have done (well actually it is really almost a 1100 cal drop. But that is not my goal to stay that low for me. But I REALLY LIKE what I am seeing in the mirror already.

Working on finding out whether or not I am actually hungry, I think this is a huge thing with me. I am hungry all the time because I don't know what it is like to be really hungry. I am aware that I am an eater of the grandest kind. I like food. I feel that if I am not eating then I am missing out on something what that something is I am not really sure as of this entry.
Spoke with Julie today about dieting and figuring this all out. I decided before speaking with her that behavior has to be a huge part of why I am fat. I made it a point yesterday and today to enjoy the food I was putting into my mouth. This will hopefully allow me to enjoy the food I have and not to worry about the food I don't have.
