I have been very good about avoiding emotional eating over the past few months and am sure that that is what has helped me reach my goal.

Yesterday though, I found out that my cleaner had stolen quite a significant amount of money from me and skipped the country. I was quite emotional about this. Angry at her, and at myself for having trusted her. It resulted in a fair amount of emotional eating which has just made me feel even more sad about the situation today.

Oh well. Nothing else to do but pick myself up and start fresh. I'm going to forgive myself for making a mistake regarding her and my food choices and move on!

Edging closer and closer to that point!

I know I will now be able to fit into my wedding dress. I just want to be an extra 2kgs down so that I can enjoy Christmas and our holiday before the wedding :)
