I've actually got a menu planned for the whole week. Just for one week, I'm telling myself I can stay on it. I even went to the grocery store and bought what I needed this time. No excuses, I'm prepared.

Already seeing a pattern of get hungry, grab something with high carbohydrates, then get hungry again. I think I need to get busy and plan what I'm going to eat, then make sure that I have it already available to eat. :)
