So yesterday I did not drink any soda and I also drank alot of water. I am going today with my mom to her nutrition class and we will see what I learn from that. I am hoping to learn alot and pull some stuff that class and start eating alot healthier than I have been. Will update my journal as soon as I can as I will not be home today at all.

Today I have decided that I need to have a life change. I weigh almost 300 pounds and that is not ok. I want to have children and being the weight I am it will not be healthy for me to get pregnant. I am scared of the health issues that I might devolope from my weight and my un healthy eating. I can't seem to eat all the calories that I am supposed to eat I guess I need to start eating more. Some of my problem is that I am not eating enough and not the right things.
