Feel like crap! Been unwell for 4 days now and doesn't look like this bug is shifting anytime soon. I've been reaching for the carbs and sugar. I'm going to draw a line under it and today is a new day. 5 weeks until my next weigh in and would like to see a 1st loss. Hope everyone is doing well. X
