Well just starting this thing out. I decided to try and track my caloric intake because I want to gain weight and muscle. I've only eaten about 47% of my daily RDI. If anyone is out there how do I get it up? I feel like I've been shoving food in my mouth all day. Any help would be very much appreciated. Also, I'm starting a 4 week beginner lifting program I found online. I also run daily on the treadmill, and row 2,000 daily at my local Anytime Fitness.
