Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
I too need to lose 100+ lbs. It's good to know you are not alone. I think I am going to follow Mary's example and break it down into smaller goals. I may go 25 lbs at a time. I've been up and down on the weight roller coaster my entire life and it is time to make a change while I am still in good health. Any tips and support will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.
