ok I dont understand how I can only lose 1 pound when I was very very careful all week long. Tracked everything I ate. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Been stuck in the 290 for over 6 months. Im getting frustrated

Hi Everybody, I am back on I had a computer issue but still stuck with it. had alot of ups and downs but doing ok.
