I gave in to the craving and eat some pasta in cream sauce. I also made this chocolate cake with chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and homemade whipped cream thingy (it was sitting in a chocolate bowl I made). I made two thinking my husband would eat both but I ended up eating one of them. Not good. I started the day out great until I eat that and the pasta. I'll try to make it all day tomorrow. Evenings are the worst for me.

I'm watching a cooking show which usually makes me want to eat something really unhealthy. I'm writing in this journal instead. I'm not even hungry.
