Been exercising like a BEAST lately. Running, cycling, kickboxing, weights. Seems to be working. Down 2 pounds. Whoo!

Still struggling with severe binge eating. Chocolate milk and Girl Scout cookies continue to be a temptation. On the plus side, my gym motivation has returned in full. Hopefully this will offset the binging?

Completely off my game lately. Eating everything. And it's a sick cycle - eating garbage robs me of my energy, so I don't feel like going to the gym. Then while I'm sitting around the house instead, I get bored and eat more. Ugh. I miss having such a steady rhythm at my old job. I don't do well when my schedule is completely different day to day.
Any motivation would be wonderful. I could really use it.

My routine was thrown way off while I was on vacation. Binge eating, soda, and near lack of exercise for the last 3 weeks. Gained a little bit, but I'm back on track again. Should be getting back to my goal weight shortly. :D
