I knew something was up when I weighed myself last Sunday. There was no possible way that I dropped 21lbs in a month and a half, especially since I was on a reduced calorie diet wih only 30mins of exercise 5days/week. Not only that, but my pants didn't feel significantly different; I noticed only a change in my mid section. I'm content with being 180 because I'm 21lbs lighter than what I was at first. i have a ways to go, but I'm confident that I'll get there!

lost about 12lbs in one month due to adipex prescript. this jumpstarted my diet and I'm trying to stick to healthy living and eating
