fell off the wagon a bit on the holiday, getting back on track, at least one hour of bike riding every other night. Changing from eating too much of the wrong stuff for 69 years, a bit of a challenge to eating real healthy. Lots of protein in every meal, a vegge. Super cut back on anything with sugar.
Well that means most processed foods. Upwards and onwards.

Love seeing the scale go down with good eating and exercise. working up to 60 minutes on the bike, seeing landscaping, smelling fresh cut grass. Became a foster dad last night for two kittens from the local shelter overflowing with kittens--Why don't people spay or neuter their animals!!!! Max and Molly are doing fine, Max has a mighty purrrrrrrrrr.
eating my protein and vege meals, it is interesting how 5 cooked ounces of chicken breast is a lot to eat with a vege. It is a lot of food!!! Funny as they say you can sit and eat a half gallon of ice cream yet 5 ounces of chicken makes you so full!!!!!! Glad I will never be on a diet ever. It is a good day.
