I Dont Get It!
Yeh, that thing with the scales sounds frustrating, but any way you look at it, you still lost 10 lbs and that's great!

Today's a new day, like you said, yesterday's done. What matters is that you don't give up and keep trying! You're going to beat this stallSmile

STUCK
Have you been sticking to the Induction acceptable foods list?

Sounds like you have the Atkins flu. Try drinking some full sodium chicken broth in the morning and afternoons and see if that helps. Hang in there, I was having headaches when I started this week, but I'm already feeling a lot better. You're probably feeling bad due to the loss of sodium so try drinking the broth or be sure to add salt to your food to make up for the sodium you're losingSmile

Well, don't let it get you down, you can do this. Since you're on OWL, maybe keep the nuts and lose the cottage cheese for now, see if you lose, and no french fries! lol

If you don't lose anything in the next week, maybe you need to give up the nuts and try adding more veggies. Some folks just can't tolerate the nuts and it can keep them from losing weight. Everybody that does OWL goes through this, you just have to figure out what works for you. It takes some trial and error, but it's not a losing battle.

Oh dear, I just looked at your food journal from today. You're definitely not supposed to have those nuts and cottage cheese on induction and you ate french fries?

Are you on induction or OWL?

My personal recommendation...don't eat french fries...and go strictly on induction, no cottage cheese, no nuts, no carrots...like jowe65 said, 12-15 net carbs coming from veggies, less than 20 carbs per day and you'll see that scale drop. I know the restrictiveness of induction isn't pleasant for most, but it really worksSmile

Atkins is different, you can overcome this stall. Plus, remember that sometimes the scale doesn't move, but the inches disappear so take measurements and see if you notice your clothes fitting better or if they're getting loose on you.
