So excited to lose 4lbs this week. Whoo! I ate a little more this week which included a few more carbs a day and I actually lost more than last week. I think I over think things. I want so much to see this weight gone, but I need remember that it will take time. And starving yourself isn't the answer. My goal was to be under 305 by my anniversary and I just might make make it!

I didn't loose as much this week. I don't want to get discouraged since 2lbs is still 2lbs gone, but I have sooo far to go. It feels so good to have the big losses. I guess I know I couldn't keep losing 4-6lbs a week forever. The best part is that I've lost 33.5lbs since Jan.1st and feel so much better. I guess all I can do is choose to eat/live a healthy lifestyle and make good choices and leave the numbers up to God. I mean no one but me knows the exact number anyway right? Awe, I feel better now :-)

I lost another 4lbs this week whoohoo! That's 21.5lbs down in 3 weeks and 31.5 down from my highest. I'm getting closer to the 200s. I hope to be there by my anniversary (March 1st) not necessarily though because of the number, but because we're going to a concert and I'm nervous about fitting in the seats.

Woohoo! Lost 6.4lbs this week! I know these big losses won't last much longer, but it feels good for now. I've lost 17.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Even if the losses slow this week, I feel SOOO much better when I eat healthy and take sugar out of my life. That's the best reason of all. People around me can't tell if I've lost 1 or 2lbs, but they can definitely see a change in my attitude and energy. Have a great week!
