Still NOT weighing till this mini-challenge is complete. Looking forward more to waist inch loss, but I'm not realistically going to do crunches. Sticking to my LCHF Keto WOE very strictly.

Getting less & less hungry. Lotsa energy, despite blood loss Wed. Peppy energy. Did Cinequest as patron, saw 2 movies. Little 1st Frydy event. VTa to DT SJ, so lotsa walking. I did miss the rain & stayed dry. Hungry for roasted chkn, but didn't get any. Home to eat, LaTE as usual THIS GOT TO STOP.
I didn't make the meal I wanted, b/c Matt was sleeping in LR. Don't like my eliminations last 2-3 days. Bring on the Magnesium.
Wasn't too happy w/ pie chrt F67/C18/P15, but least fat doubles either. B4 midnite, Cals were only 76% today. Maybe I will get some weight loss. If i could dump.

Not weighing in till last day of challenge. Started w/ whopping 38" waist & 160 lbs.
Grrrrrr sometime I hate the fact that I can't manipulate this diary any better. So for Today, 3/3/16, I went to work at cinequest. Lotsa walking, standing, but most of all contact with people. I've got to be dropping some weight, but I'm not gonna cheat & get on scale to see. Today's foods were spot on!!
No weight loss that I know of yet.
BUT lowered my systolic bp by 20 & approx 1" off most abd measurments.
Ok, I went off iron pills & diuretics ama, but don't tell my Doc.
Feeling so much energy & I'm recovering quite quickly from my anemia bouts.

March 1 Stupor Tuesdy
Best day yet for my macro goals. 80-10-10 Calories were under by 250, too! Mybe I should lower my RDI for calories? Nutrition was awesome, too. Big beautiful tasty salad for dinner. Good chard soup made w/ Bone broth.
Crud news tho, had 2 massive nosebleeds. Early in am. So going to Oakland & possibly sailing was out of the question. Wish I had some way to ck on hemo levels.

Did very good on macros & Cals. Bit more exercise. Didn't get up till 2;30.
Oa mtng, so sad for Marge, 2nd rnd Chemo, looks like Hell, hair gone, red eyes, bloated. I feel so bad for her choosing wrong path.
