I haven't recorded anything in a while, but I started being unsure of what I was consuming everyday so I'm back. Three more pounds and I'll be in the 140's!!! Really excited. I'm also starting a new High Intensity Training class to day and I'm excited to get my butt kicked.

It's getting harder to lose weight. I know that I have to be patient for these things. It's just that I was so happy in the beginning to see the pounds come off so fast. I'm pretty sure I'll still hit my goals in time if I keep the same diet and workout plan. I want to be 144 at the end of this month and I'm confident I can do it.

Went home for the weekend so I couldn't stay on my diet as far as food, but I worked out like crazy to try and compensate. I came back the same weight which is kinda good considering all the food I ate, but I know that if I kept to my diet I could have lost some pounds over the weekend. :( Now I'm continuing now that I'm back at my apartment :D

Official starting my diet. My goal is 24 lbs away. I want to reach my goal in 10 weeks.
