olahraga angkat beban itu bagus bwt nurunin bb maupun naikin bb, soalnya saat qt melatih otot dg beban itu akan mmbuat massa otot mnjdi lbh besar, itu artinya tubuh jd tmbh berisi. dn bnyk yg blm tau klo olahraga angkat beban itu mmbakar kalori terus mnrus kurg lbh slama 38jm, jd walaupun latianya cma 1jm asalkn latian angkat bebanya d lakuin dg bnar itu stlh berenti latianpun tubuh tetap mmbakar kalori. sdngkn klo latian kardio itu mmg mmbakar kalori lbh bnyk d bndngkan angkat beban, tp kardio hnya mmbakar kalori saat qt latian sj tdk sprti angkat beban yg smpe 38jm.
dn bwt yg ms dlm prtmbuhan jngn takut mnggnggu prtmbuhan kli memilih olahraga jnis ini, krena yg nmnya tinggi bdn itu d pngaruhi oleh faktor genetic. smg brmnfaat 🙏
