WOOHOO i lost 3.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!! Im so pleased ive kick started my diet , im so grateful for fatsecret for making calorie counting so easy and all the positive help on this site really helps me keep focused, All that time at the gym this week really paid off,i hope i can lose the same next week!

I just done my first hour at the gym and im still alive so thats something! I feel good at the moment but im sure im gonna ache tomorrow. I did 10 mins on bike on level 5 which burnt 60 cals then 5 mins on the rower level 10 but couldnt work out the stupid display to show calories! Then i finished cardio with 15 mins on a cross trainer which burnt 160 cals but by the time i got off my legs where like jelly and had that horrible burning acidy feeling in my throat- nasty!
I then spent the rest of the time on these cool air pump weights which were great. Im hoping to go again on Monday and Wednesday so am convinced ill see a good result on the scales on Thursday. The diets been fine, havent felt hungry and im pretty pleased with the food choices ive made so far.....i hope this optomistic feeling continues!

First Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Booked Gym induction for tomorrow at 2pm. I plan to go at least 3 times a week. Im looking forward to trying out new classes to help me enjoy exercising more.
