I am loving the cool Weight Watchers online tools. It makes such a difference to be able to quickly scan foods before they are eaten, and even to scan things in the store. Being able to choose the better option and leave the other one on the shelf without having to make calculations (which, let's be honest, I probably wouldn't be taking the time to do with every choice) has made all the difference for me. I'm also tracking literally everything I eat now instead of just waiting until later and forgetting. I finally feel like I've found something I will stick with indefinitely.

I haven't used Fatsecret in a long time, so I went back through and looked at my history. I frustrate myself so much! I have had some great successes (mostly on fad or extreme diets) I need to figure out how to do this slowly, deliberately, and healthfully. I'm tired of all those ups and downs in my weight column (mostly ups) I'm praying that this time I can really find support and motivation and really do it and form a lifetime habit of healthy nutrition.
