Okay I cant even believe I lost weight. I havent been in the gym for 1.5 weeks, I went on a girls trip to see Dave Mathews Band this last weekend and drank the entire weekend. Although I did alot of walking and hardly ate. CWS is here so I will be there alot. Anyhow back at it starting next week. I was getting burned out from being at the gym so much and constantly worrying about what I ate or drank. I believe you should give yourself a break every once in a while. Or maybe thats my excuse who knows

Weigh-in: 124.0 lb

lost so far: 15.0 lb

still to go: 4.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I was a part of a big wedding in May which meant many many celebrations and did alot of eating out and drinking in May. I have stayed the same in weight and continue to work out about 3 times a week is all . Now that everything has settled down Im back in full force. Going to see DMB in Indy in a couple of weeks and want to loose 3-4 punds by then cause lord knows I'll be binging there :)
