Shot glass is vitamins. Normally I don't do so much fruit (bc of sugar)but I've been sick and the homestead has suffered I need the energy and antioxidants today

Only down 1lb no sugar,dairy or processed foods while being very active. Discouraged. My diet is mostly raw I don't get it

This is from the holiday weekend with my son. Before having him my heaviest 115lbs. I ballooned up to 206 while pregnant and the past 5 years have gone from 120-145 and back Here 135 a pic to remind me stay on track even while sick!

My pants are starting to fall down and I no longer need to pull my shirts down but the scale hasn't moved. My immune system is starting to take a hit and I'm very tired. I'm hopeful that it's just a bug(although I don't want that either) not going off track
