Back on again !! Well after the death of both my parents in 2015 I kind of fell off the wagon ( hit my head and was in a very bad place ). Now I am back to the same old self and ready to tackle my wieght. My biggest problem has always been emotional eating. I don't think I will ever win that battle, but as long as I am able to pick myself up and start a new all is good.

O.k. Back on track. I now fit into a size 10 and even into a large size 7. So happy !!!!!!

back from my two vacation on the 16th of August.I gained of course, but I was happy that it was only 2 pounds !!!! I can deal with that. Do my weight in on Thursday I think that this week I should be at where I was or even lower.
I really had an amazing vacation. We went to Montego bay, Jamaica. We stayed at the Iberostar(all included ). The food, drinks and service was one of the best I have been to.
I tried to behave on this vacation. I did drink, but I stuck to red wine, vodka tonic and vodka sodas. I never touched those sweet calorie packed drink. When it came to the food, I only ate proteins and vegetable. I only slipped up on the last three days but even those days it was only at breakfast, because I was really fed up of eggs, sausages and bacon. Happy to be back on track.
