THE NEW GOLD PLAN
Hi everyone,
I am new here so I hope I am doing this right. I was doing the gold plan when LAWL turned into pure weight loss then went out of business. So on my own I am trying to do the gold plan ,not going well at all.
I have been hearing a lot about the new plan, I think every color has a number.
On my gold plan I get 2P, 2S, 3F, 1D, 1F, and 2 lites. I was wondering if some one could tell me what you get on the new plan. I think it would be plan 1 or 2. My weight is 143 I am 5' 1"
