newbie here
hi, anyone out there??!! im 39 and at my heaviest since giving birth to my youngest child a yr ago, i just can not loose it...weight issues have plagued me all of my adult life, do not have a good relationship with food, never have, im either starving or obese, thin or obese.....i just dont do moderation in life, i wish i could. have lost all confidence in myself, and never really venture out of the house now, which of course makes it all worse, as im bored and comfort eat........currently taking alli.....not impressed, bit then again i have no willpower,anyway if anyonecan relate please id love to hear from you.....be nice not to feel quite soo isolated in this fat existance right now. x
