I started my weight loss journey 14 years ago. I had gastric bypass and at the time of surgery I weighed 444 pounds! I reached 221 pounds un a ear and a half and over the years have gained back 50 pounds. So, I want to reach my goal of 175 and thats why I'm here.I am going to do the ketogenic diet.
