feeling much better now....and I can get back on the low carb diet train..hope to god I don't get sciatica ever again...I will be getting back to yard work but I will make sure to wear a back brace everytime I rake the yard..

still have sciatica pain...but not as bad during the day...but bad first thing in the morning..and right after a hot shower...the heat here in Pittsburgh is hot and humid...so been eating salty potatoe chips and drinking lots and lots of home made tea...ankles are a little puffy I guess from the all the salt..right ankle hurts when walking...so taking it easy because of the pain and heat...this is not good for the weight loss...

visiting home nurse was here yesterday...my and hubbys blood pressure good, she checked our meds and they are ok..she too had sciatica when she was pregnant with her daughter years ago..so she knows the pain I am having..but its getting better.. the chiro doctor says my muscles are less tight now and that should help the healing process..i have longer periods of no pain when I walk now thank god...the extra walking helps with the weight loss..now down to 211.5..my sister told me her sciatica lasted for 4 months and she was doing chiro and steroid shots..

still suffering with sciatica..i guess the weight loss is from not eating..i just eat something with the meds I am taking for the pain..i don't want to take any meds on a empty stomach... they only exercise I am doing right now is stretching .. and was told to take it easy by the doctor..
