Honestly over the past couple of weeks, I've been in depressed like moods due to personal problems. Hopefully, I can resolve these problems and continue to lose weight this summer.

I've found that if I obsessively count calories, I won't eat enough. I've decided that from now on I shouldn't count them, but just worry on what kinds of foods I am putting into my system. I also won't be weighing in as often. I've found that if I weigh in weekly and lose anything less than 5 pounds, I want to give up and stop exercising and stuffing my face with food. But, I will from time to time post journals. Happy exercising, everyone!
