Yesterday was not a good day for me! I wanted to eat something...but dont know what it was...Nothing seemed to satisfy me!! Hopefully today will be a better day:)

Well, Its been a week since I started atkins...So far its been fairly easy to follow, but sometimes I get bored with the same foods!! Sugar by far has been the hardest thing to let go of! I crave sweets, so thank goodness they have the sugar free chocolate candy...Cant eat a bunch of it...but a piece sure does help! I am looking forward to the next weigh in...hopefully I can lose at a steady pace.
