Fours years ago I was a relatively active and healthy working man. I worked as a commercial painter when a scaffold collapsed and resulted in a severe back injury. At the time I was 170 lbs and very active. The 2 1/2 year wait for surgery and lack of mobility result was Diabetes Type II. I ballooned to 215 lbs. I had surgery in Aug 2016. The surgery was successful and I regained 60% of my mobility. I do not want to start Insulin injections and I do not want to strain my back and spine any longer. I dropped to 200 lbs just because I could move. Now it is time to feel healthy again.
