Low Cal Snacks?
I normally am not a fan of sugar free type desserts but I tried Jello brand double chocolate sugar free pudding and I was very pleasantly surprised! Now it is my go to snack when I am craving chocolate and only 60 calories. I truly cannot tell that it is sugar free... I am amazed. It can be found in the cold food dairy isle in stores.

Tips
I agree making healthy life style choices that I can continue to do for life (exercise, portion control, cutting back on fats and sugars, eating proper amounts fruits and veggies). Nothing real drastic but I have lost 44lbs in 10 months and it was easier than I thought this way. The weight is a little slower coming off but this way I can continue to loose or maintain and maybe not worry about regaining. I also pray for help...I ask for help with will power so that I may be healthier. People pray when they have illnesses for recovery...well being overweight is linked to many illnesses. This is the first time that I have asked for help with "dieting" by praying and this time I have been the most successful! With God all things are possible.

Omelets
I use the regular egg substitute. Same calories but a little more flavor. Like 2% fat shredded cheese but only use about a teaspoon. Goes a long way because it is shredded. Sometimes real bacon bits. If I use only a teaspoon it only adds about 10 calories. Sometimes I add cayenne pepper and onion powder when I don't feel like chopping veggies. You sure can make a huge omelet when you are adding lots of veggies. My favorite is bacon bits, onion & tomato diced with a little 2% shredded cheese. Very filling. Also try using low calorie bread dipped in egg substitute to make yummy French toast.
