I weighed myself today and for whatever reason I have gained 2 pounds. I'm not going to freak out weight fluctuates all the time. It is hard to stay really motivated when you see that you have gained weight. But hopefully it will just start to fall off.

yesterday was a bad eating day for me. I had the day off of work and I didn't have enough structure in my day to eat healthy. All I can say is today is a new day. :)

So for the first time in a long time I feel pumped to work out. I busted out a really good work out today and yesterday. Ran into a girl I knew in high school and she commented on how great I was looking. I felt very good. :)

I keep thinking about the way my body use to be. Depressed!! I sit and think about this. Instead of moving my body and staying active I stress about the weight I have put on since I had my baby girl. Now almost three. I can no longer use the excuse I just had a baby. Coming from a big family I thought I was always doomed to be fat. September of 2005 I made a vow to lose the weight and I did. I got down to the smallest size I had ever been. I put in a lot of hard work to get there. I was working out 6 days a week. Three plus hours a day. Even while I was pregnant I worked out 6 days a week. Of course the workouts weren't as crazy as they once were. Now it seems that the thought of losing weight is impossible. Spending 3 plus hours a day is not going to happen. Juggling between working full time and being a mom full time. My day is pretty much spent. I'm ready to lose the weight.
