Okay, all of the m&ms are gone....hopefully I can get back on track and start losing again. The weather cleared up so hopefully I can get out and move this week!

Ugh! I need to get back on track! I made it to phase 2 on Thursday after losing 6.5 lbs on phase 1! And then I lost control a little...Hubby and I went out to dinner last night and I decided I would splurge a little. Had a burger with a tortilla instead of a bun, but only ate half the fries. We shared a chocolate cake with ice cream dessert and I vowed I would get back on track today....only I had a rather large handful of dark Chocolate M&Ms this afternoon. I'm having such a hard time resisting chocolate and I feel SO frustrated! I also haven't been eating as many veggies as I should be. I need some motivation!!!!!!!!!!!! Some more weight loss I think would help....
