Just ordered food from Albertson's. (They have great deli foods and meals.)
I ordered 6 (5% Fage Greek) yogurt (and Torani sugar free vanilla syrup to add to it).
I ordered 3 Caesar salads.
Mixup discovered when I got home and had 6 salads and 3 yogurts. Is it a sign?

Too much stress and I gain weight. Wish I could stop that.
On Social Security income and Brakes on truck, and deductable on new Roof. egads!
My MD so proud of me for weight loss on my last visit. Will have to regain momentum.
Onward.

Disappointed.
I prefer "meats" and veggies.
Yet due to my money budget I find myself often putting too many carbs in my shopping basket.
Carbs make me hungrier.
I am determined to find Protein.
Recipes seem to cost more to make, but I will perservere with the help of fatsecret photos.
