I really wanted to do the Elab thing because I thought that would be super healthy - kno I can handle it calorie restriction wise. I may try my own version of 3 day challenge and go from there- just focus on first 3 days, repeat and modify from there- wishing myself luck and good fortune!

So still swollen from several days ago but starting to release the bloat.
257 but waist size is slowly coming down, back to 46. And for horrible record- hips- under pannus 51 then measured bust at 51.
It’s taken me six weeks of not super productive dieting ( calories @1200 - not too much IF, not low carb, not being super consistent with getting enough protein) but I am in a better place physically and mentally, such that I can at least get measurements. My size 16 pants are not too tight, shirts large fit ok again. Those were getting tight and my belly was getting bigger- that’s finally down some. I’m really not super sure where to go next.
