I'm really happy I got up the courage to weigh myself in August of 2008, otherwise I might not believe I had lost 33lbs. Even though I feel alot healthier, and maybe even alittle attractive, It's often hard for me to see my progress/accomplishments. I really can't say enough about the South Beach Diet, my making a lifestyle change of following this "Diet", I have lowered my blood pressure, wieght, and increased my energy and self esteem! I plan to continue making the right food choices, not just for the benifit of weight loss, but for the surprising change in my energy level.
