well, yesterday went well, Although I haven't exercised yet this week. That is really not my style not to exercise when I'm following my diet, but it's been a weird week. defintely Friday and the weekend and starting for sure strictly next week. Well, Today is Thursday, my work/challenge day. I'm scared. I always start out the day good and then end up binging. I can't let that happen anymore. I'm short on time, but please, please when I get home from work, I need some encouragement to help me not do it. I'm counting on someone to come through and make me want to keep plugging away. Thanks for listening!!

The second day into my diet is going well. I'm strictly adhering. I always do well Monday through Wed. Thursdays and Sat and Sun are my weakest days ever because I work outside the house on Thursdays and whenenver I'm not in my usual routine, it throws me way off, plus I hate cooking after working all day. I always want to go out to dinner, have a few drinks and EAT!!! There's the voice again. It tells me, EAT, you deserve it, you worked hard. I am trying to put the voice to the side. So we'll see how Thursday goes. As for yesterday and today, I usually work out M-W, but I've been lazy and/or busy. Hopefull tonight I will workout. I will somehow try to muster up the energy. I didn't slepp well last night, hubby was out snow plowing all night. Later!

This is my first day of using this website and of getting really serious about my weight again. I just came off of a really nasty binge filled weekend and I feel extremely bloated. I can feel it in my face most of all. I can say that I am already inspired and am getting the hang of this. I'm going to try to be really good from here on out. No more excuses, no more reasons to binge. This is it. I can't gain another pound. I think this is going to work for me. I need motivation from other people and seeing as I'm pretty much cut off from the outside world because I work from home, this will help me tremendously. I saw a story of an obese woman who lost like 100s of pounds doing one of these online weight loss things because she was so busy getting motivated and chatting online that she forgot to eat. That's awesome. I hope this is addicting to me and most of all gives me the inspircation I need. Thanks for the support
